Bulgur Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Parsley
This refreshing summer salad is full of healthy ingredients and excellent flavors. Bulgur adds heartiness to the salad, while tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley add fresh crisp tones. This dish is ideal as a side dish or a light lunch.

- 2 pcs tomato
- 1 pcs salad cucumber
- 1 Parsley sprigs

- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Step
Put the bulgur into a pot, pour water according to the instructions on the package and cook until it is soft. Then let it cool down.
2. Step
Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces. Finely chop parsley.
3. Step
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
4. Step
Into a large bowl, add bulgur, chopped vegetables, and dressing. Mix well.
5. Step
Serve the salad immediately.
