- 820 g beef
- 1 tablespoon Smooth spelt flour
- 1 tablespoon lard
- 1 onion
- 800 ml water
- 115 tomato paste
- 50 g dried mushrooms
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml red wine

1. Step
Cut the meat into larger cubes, sprinkle it with salt and flour. Mix well so the meat is coated in flour.
2. Step
Fry the chopped onion in oil, then add the meat, caraway, thyme, basil and let it stew. Add water as needed.
3. Step
When the meat is half-soft, add rinsed dried mushrooms and crushed garlic.
4. Step
When the meat is soft, we remove it into a bowl and thoroughly blend the sauce with a hand blender. We return the meat back into the sauce and mix together, taste it. Serve with potatoes and sauce sprinkled with cheese. Bon appétit :)
