- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 letters turmeric
- 10 letters kefir lime
- 2.2 lb beef brisket
- 1 Cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1⁄2 lime juice

1. Step
Chop up the lemongrass, onion, ginger, and garlic. Blend together with a splash of water.

Melt coconut oil. Add all the spices and the paste, mix, and fry.

Glaze your slow cooker with oil. Put the fried paste in. Chop up the turmeric and kefir lime leaves and add. Also add salt, coconut sugar, water, and the cut-up meat. Mix well, and cook on high for 4 hours. Stir after 2.
