Baked pasta with mushrooms
The baked pasta with mushrooms and cream is ideal for family lunches or dinners. The combination of creamy sauce, crispy surface and aromatic ermine enhances the flavour of baked mushrooms and pasta.
Ingredients
- 500 g mushroom
- 350 g pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 onion
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 200 g cooking cream
- 200 g Grated cheese (nutmeg or gouda)
- 2 Spoons Chopped parsley
- 1 Ermine
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Slice the mushrooms, onion and garlic into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms, onion and garlic. Sauté until the mushrooms are golden and the onions are glassy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and add to pan with mushrooms.
Add the cream and half the cheese to the pan. Mix well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
Pour the pasta mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and chopped ermine.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly on top.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
