1. Step
Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with an egg. Add grated apple and mix. Stir in the flakes, protein, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into a bishop's loaf tin lined with baking paper. I added pieces of banana and apple on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

We can serve it with peanut butter or yogurt/cottage cheese.
