Recipe for delicious baked chicken thighs with cheese and cream.

- 4 pcs chicken legs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g hard cheese
- Salt, black pepper
- bay leaf
- rosemary
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml cooking cream

1. Step
Clean, salt and pepper the chicken thighs. Then fry them in a frying pan with olive oil to give them a nice golden brown colour.
2. Step
Mince the garlic and add it to the pan, along with the bay leaf and rosemary. These herbs give the meat a unique flavour.
3. Step
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a while until the alcohol evaporates. This step will release all the tasty juices from the meat.

Add the grated cheese and pour in the cream.

Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 45 minutes.
6. Step
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and salad.
