- 500 g chicken breast
- 1⁄2 pcs sour cabbage
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter

- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 11⁄2 kl salt and pepper

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare all the ingredients. Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices.
2. Step
Melt the butter in a pan, add finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is soft and golden.
3. Step
Add chicken breasts and sear them from both sides. Then add sauerkraut, stir and simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid on, over medium-high heat.
4. Step
Add cream to the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
5. Step
We serve the meal hot. Potatoes can be used as a side dish.
