Baked Broccoli with Pasta
Recipe for baked broccoli with pasta, which I usually prepare over the weekend or as a quick dinner during the working week.
Ingredients
Pasta and broccoli
- 300 g pasta
- 1 a piece broccoli
Cheese sauce
- 250 g grated cheese
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 a piece chopped garlic
- 1 a piece egg
- 1⁄2 ts ground black pepper
- 1 ts salt

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Cook the pasta in a pot according to the instructions on the package. About 3 minutes before the end of cooking, add broccoli cut into florets into the pot.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the chopped garlic and sauté for a few minutes until it turns red. Then add the cooking cream and half of the grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts.
In a bowl, whisk the egg and gradually add some warm sauce to it, stirring constantly.
Add the egg mixture back to the pan with the sauce and mix well. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Drain the cooked pasta and broccoli and then add them to the pan with the sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
