- 1 l chicken stock
- 1 Cup water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 11⁄2 cm ginger
- 11⁄2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 11⁄2 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 3⁄4 Cup white rice
- 3 stems choy sum

Mix chicken stock, soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, and ginger in a pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add rice and cook for 10 minutes. Add fish and choy sum stems, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the garlic and ginger, and add the choy sum leaves, sesame oil, and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
