Vegan Gravy
A delicious and simple vegan version of the classic gravy. Perfect with mashed potatoes, fried tofu, and more.

- 1 Piece onion
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 Spoon tomato paste
- 250 ml vegetable stock cube
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 Pinch pepper
- 1 Spoon olive oil

1. Step
1. For the vegan gravy, peel and cut the onion and garlic into small pieces.
2. Step
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic in it.
3. Step
3. Add the tomato paste and fry it briefly.

4. Deglaze with the vegetable broth and the soy sauce.
5. Step
5. Season the vegan roast sauce with salt and pepper and let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
