- 350 g self-rising flour

- 3 teaspoon baking soda
- 400 ml vegetable almond drink or coconut milk
- 150 ml oil
- 11⁄2 tablespoon vanilla essence

- 200 g bittersweet chocolate
- 80 ml coconut oil or seed oil

In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

In a bowl, using a blender, mash the avocado with the sugar until creamy.

Add the oil and beat until well blended.

Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk. When everything is well blended, gradually add the pure cocoa until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
