Vegan Cauliflower Mac and Cheese Bake

- 8 oz chickpea pasta
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 cups vegan cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 Cup almond milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Steam the cauliflower. Add to a blender along with cheese, onion powder, paprika, and almond milk. Blend until smooth. Cook the pasta, then put in a baking dish and add the cauliflower blend. Mix well, then bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
