- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon Heavy cream
- Dye red white

Directions
Let's start with the dough preparation. Put butter and sugar in a bowl. Blend until fluffy. Add the vanilla extract. Crack the eggs and add cream. Now gradually add flour with baking powder and stir.

Often we put the dough into muffin molds lined with paper. Bake at 160 degrees for 18 minutes. We must not overbake the dough, otherwise it will stay dry.

While our muffins are cooling, we will prepare the icing. We whip up softened butter together with sugar. Add a little cream and mix. We divide the icing into two parts. We dye one part red with food colouring and the other part pink (mix red and white dye).
