Ultimate Baked Chilli Corn Cheese Fries
Chilli fries are a mouthwatering snack perfect for a party, get-togethers or just your Saturday night cravings. They are made with crispy French fries, topped with spicy chili, melted cheddar cheese and garnished with fresh green onions. It's a fusion dish that is both filling and satisfying!
Ingredients
- 600 gms of frozen French fries
- Olive oil for brushing
- salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 Cup of chilli con carne (you can easily find cans in supermarket)
- 1 Cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced

Directions
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Spread the frozen French fries on a baking tray and brush a generous amount of olive oil on them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper according to taste.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crisp.
Heat the chili con carne in a saucepan over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
Once the fries are ready, remove from oven and while they are still on the tray, pour the warm chili over the top of the French fries.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chili.
Place the tray back into the oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions.
Serve your delicious chili fries immediately for the best taste experience.
