Trout whole roasted
Fish flesh only separates easily from the bone when it is sufficiently cooked. If the meat sticks to the bone, it indicates that the fish is still raw.
Ingredients
- 4 all trout
- 4 Thread Fresh rosemary
- 4 pc lemon
- Season gently with salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Clean the trout thoroughly and dry them. This is important to ensure that the fish is ideally browned during cooking.
Place 1-1 sprig of rosemary and lemon rings in the fish's abdomen. The lemon and rosemary add a subtle flavour to the fish without overpowering the natural taste of the trout.
Salt and pepper them inside and out.
Place the fish in the grill or place them on the grill rack and cook both sides for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Be careful not to burn the fish, as too high a flame can easily burn the outside of the fish while the inside may still be raw.
Serve with fresh vegetables and a slice of lemon.
