Traditional Japanese dish Susiyaki recipe
Sukiyaki is based on beef and its peculiarity is to be eaten right in the process of cooking, in portions, as the next ingredient is ready.

In a frying pan, add the veal slices, Shiitake mushrooms and tofu soy cheese cubes.

Transfer al dente-cooked noodles from the boiling water to the pan.

Prepare a sauce made from sugar and liquid ingredients: wine, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Then, pour the mixture into the pan. The mixture is simmered until it is ready.
