Traditional Irish Guinness Pie Recipe

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g chestnut mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 2 letters bay
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 240 ml Guinness
- 1 cube vegetable mushroom stock
- 120 ml water
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- ground black pepper

1. Step
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Fry the mushrooms, sliced onion, and chopped garlic in oil. Once soft, add the rest of the ingredients and slowly cook till thickened.
