- 2 oz dried red chillies
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon orange water
- 1 orange zest

Add the chillies to boiling water and let simmer for 2 minutes. Then let them soak for half an hour. Toast the cumin and coriander, and grind them. Blacken the pepper, clean, and blend together with the rest of the ingredients. Taste and season if necessary. Store in jars and enjoy!
