  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil Added to
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar Added to
  • 14 teaspoon orange water Added to
  • 1 orange zest Added to

Add the chillies to boiling water and let simmer for 2 minutes. Then let them soak for half an hour. Toast the cumin and coriander, and grind them. Blacken the pepper, clean, and blend together with the rest of the ingredients. Taste and season if necessary. Store in jars and enjoy!
