Tomato Soup from Fresh Tomatoes

Soup
- 1 kg fresh tomatoes
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 1 pcs bay leaf
- 1 ts dried basil
- 1⁄2 ts salt
- 1⁄2 ts ground black pepper

- 4 tablespoon cooking cream

1. Step
First, we prepare all the ingredients. We rinse the tomatoes and cut them into quarters, peel the onions and garlic and chop them finely.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add garlic and onion, mix well and fry until the onion is translucent.
3. Step
Then add tomatoes, vegetable broth, bay leaf, dried basil, salt and pepper. Stir it, reduce the temperature and cook for about 20 minutes.
4. Step
When the tomatoes are soft, remove the bay leaf and blend the soup.
5. Step
Divide the soup into bowls, add a spoonful of cream on top and fresh basil.
