- 8 cherry tomatoes
- Chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄2 red onion
- cedar peel
- fresh thyme
- salt and pepper

Finely chop the onion and place it in a large frying pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Then, brown the onion over very low heat for about 2 minutes.
