Ingredients
- 11⁄2 cups prunes
- 1 Cup dried mango
- 1 Cup hibiscus
- 6 tamarinds
- 1⁄2 Cup tajin
- 1⁄4 Cup Chilli Powder
- 3⁄4 Cup sugar
- 4 cups of water
- salt
- 60 g sweet and sour mango powder

Put the water in a saucepan.
Add the hibiscus. Then, let it cook on low heat
Add the tamarinds
Add the prunes
Add the dried mango
Add the sugar
Add the chilli powder
Add the tajin and mango powder.
Stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Cook for ten minutes or until boiling.
Remove from heat and put in blender.
Put the blended mixture into the saucepan.
Cook for three minutes and leave to cool.
Serve in jars. Now chamoy is ready! Use it as a topping for your favourite fruits and drinks.
