- 4 kg minced meat
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- parsley
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 spring onion
- salt
- oregano
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar

Chop 1.5 cloves of garlic and parsley and combine with the ground meat. Add the egg and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper, and join well.
