- 150 g All Purpose Flour
- 90 g rolled oats
- 110 g white sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 85 g Desiccated Coconut
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoon Golden Syrup
- 2 tablespoon boiling water
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda

In a sizable bowl, sieve the flour. Combine the oats, white sugar, brown sugar, and coconut.

Melt the butter, add the golden syrup to a small saucepan and stir. Pour in the boiling water, then the baking soda. Stir quickly until the mixture becomes frothy.
