- 1 large egg
- 1⁄3 Cup milk

- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 3⁄4 Cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 Cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning or seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon crystal sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- vegetable oil

Slice the tomatoes into slices and sprinkle them with salt.
