Tagliolini Pasta with Mushrooms and Garlic

- 1 pack tagliolini pasta
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 lb heavy cream
- 2 oz butter
- 5 oz parmigiano reggiano
- parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mince the garlic, slice the shallots and mushrooms, chop the parsley. Melt butter in a pan, and add garlic and shallots. Saute for a moment, then add white wine and cook for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for 10 more minutes. Add parsley, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and thyme. Mix well, add cooked pasta, grate cheese on top, mix again and serve!
