Super Easy Smoked Salmon Quiche

Ingredients
Pastry
- 200 g self-rising flour
- 1 spoon salt
- 100 g cold unsalted butter
- 65 ml cold water
Filling
- 1⁄2 cooked leek
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 4 egg
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 11⁄2 spoon salt
- 1⁄2 spoon ground black pepper
- 1 spoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill
- 20 g grated cheese

Mix all the pastry ingredients together.

Roll out between two sheets of parchment paper until 4 mm thin. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Put your chilled dough into your baking pan, and press gently to the edges. Chill for another hour.

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Poke small holes into the bottom of the dough with a fork. Then weigh the dough down, with parchment paper and rice for example. Bake for 15 minutes with the weights, and then 10 to 15 minutes without them.

In a new bowl, whisk the cream and eggs together. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill, and cheese. Mix.

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put your chopped salmon and cooked leek into the pre-baked dough.
