- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 chicken
- 10 potato
- 2 carrots
- 1 swede
- 4 parsnips
- 1 broccoli
- 200 g cabbage
- thyme
- 3 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 1 pt chicken stock

1. Step
Mix minced garlic with salt, pepper, herbs, and oil. Rub into the chicken. Cover with foil and bake.

2. Step
Peel and chop the vegetables. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, the carrots and swede for 20 minutes, the parsnip for 45, and the broccoli and kale for 5. Bake the potatoes with thyme and parsnip in the oven at 180 C.
3. Step
Remove chicken from its baking tray and add flour to the leftover oil. Mix into a thick paste. Then add stock.
