Scottish Egg
A traditional British recipe that is a popular dish all over the world. It is made from boiled eggs wrapped in a meat dough.

- 6 pcs egg
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

1. Step
Boil four eggs in boiling water for 9 minutes to make them hard-boiled. Then rinse them with cold water and peel carefully.
2. Step
Finely chop the onion and garlic and mix with the minced meat. Add spices and salt to taste.
3. Step
We shape patties from the meat in our hands, onto which we place a cooked egg. Then we wrap the meat around the egg so that it's completely covered.
4. Step
Then we coat each egg in the beaten 2 eggs and breadcrumbs.
5. Step
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the Scotch eggs on all sides until golden.
6. Step
We serve Scottish eggs warm with a favorite side dish.
