Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks or pork chops
- 1⁄2 Cup of olive oil
- 1⁄4 Cup of soy sauce
- 1⁄4 Cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 Cup of red wine vinegar
- 2 tbls of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of dried basil
- 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions
In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
Add dried basil, dried parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place the pork steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or a dish deep enough to hold the marinade.
Pour the marinade over the pork steaks, making sure each piece is fully coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours. For best results, marinate overnight to allow the flavors to fully penetrate the meat.
