- 1 head soured cabbage
- 200 g rice
- 200 g soya granules
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley leaves
- 2 letters bay
- 2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 100 ml oil
- 500 ml water

1. Step
Cook the rice. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. In a bowl, add all the spices, herbs, salt, and water to the soya granules. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic & onion. After a moment, add the cooked rice. Mix, let fry for a bit, then add the soya granules. Mix well and let cool.

Prepare the cabbage leaves. Put 3 spoons of the rice mixture onto a cabbage leaf, and wrap it well. Then put all the rolls in a pot, cover with water, add a bay leaf, and cook for 45 minutes until the cabbage is soft. Enjoy!
