- 2 bundles arugula
- 2 pcs Large mozzarella balls
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 pcs red onion
- 2 spoons Olive oils
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Step
Wash the arugula thoroughly, dry it and put it in a large bowl.
2. Step
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and add them to the arugula.
3. Step
Peel the onion, cut it into thin slices and add it to the bowl.
4. Step
Dice the mozzarella and add it to the salad.
5. Step
In a small jar, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and pour over the salad.
6. Step
Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
