Rob Roy Cocktail
The Rob Roy is a blend of Scotch and vermouth sharpened by a dash of angostura bitters. It’s named for Robert Roy MacGregor, Scotland’s very own Robin Hood.

- 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- dash of angostura bitters
- *maraschino cherry"

Add the Scotch, vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
