Roast neck neck slices in the oven
I've always had great experiences with oven roasted neck meat. Suitable for the festive table.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork neck pork
- 4 Cloves garlic
- salt
- ground black pepper
- peppers
- curry spices
- 4 Spoons olive oil
- 3 a piece onion
- 1⁄2 Cup Beers

First, wash the neck and dry it with a paper towel.
Then cut it into slices approximately 1,5 cm thick.
Salt and pepper the neck slices and sprinkle with paprika and curry spices.
Peel and crush the garlic.
Rub the seasoned meat with the crushed garlic and let it rest for about an hour.
Then fry on both sides in hot olive oil until the crust is golden brown.
Put the toasted slices into a baking dish and place a circle of sliced onion on each slice.
Add half a glass of beer and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. 9. I definitely recommend not forgetting to baste the meat with beer occasionally during baking to keep it juicy.
