Rice with Vegetables
Recipe for perfect rice with vegetables, which is easy to prepare.

- 2 cups rice
- frozen vegetables
- 2 spoons olive oil
- salt

1. Step
Remove any frozen vegetable mix from the freezer.
2. Step
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the rinsed vegetables and sauté them for 5 minutes until they soften.
3. Step
Add the rice to the pan and roast it together with the vegetables for another 2 minutes. Then add 4 cups of water and salt. Cook over medium heat until the rice is done.
