- 200 g beef
- 100 g rice
- 1 a piece onion
- 2 a piece carrot
- 1500 ml water
- 2 Spoons oil
- 1 a piece bay leaf
- 2 a piece Beads of new spice
- 1 Spoon salt
- 1⁄2 Spoon pepper

1. Step
Clean and cut the meat into cubes. Peel and slice the carrots and onions into thin slices.
2. Step
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat. Add the chopped onion and stir until the onion is translucent.
3. Step
Add carrot, bay leaf, allspice, salt and pepper. Stir and let it on medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Step
Add rice and water. Bring it to a boil, then lower the temperature and cook until soft, about 30 minutes.
5. Step
Remove the bay leaf and allspice before serving.
