Pork fillet
- 800 Gram pork tenderloin
- 1 TL salt
- 1 TL pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Puff pastry
- 1 Pack puff pastry
- 1 whisked egg
Sauce
- 200 Gram mushrooms
- 1 Onion Diced
- 200 Milliliter white wine
- 200 Milliliter cream

Step 1: Season and sear the pork tenderloin
2. Step
Step 2: Lay out the puff pastry on a baking paper and wrap the pork fillet
3. Step
Step 3: Whisk the egg and brush it onto the puff pastry
4. Step
Step 4: Bake the wrapped pork tenderloin in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes

Step 5: While the pork tenderloin is in the oven, prepare the sauce.
