- 60 g brown sugar
- 50 ml milk
- 25 ml coconut oil
- 20 g Vanilla protein is not needed
- 100 g spelt flour

- 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Whip the eggs with sugar. Whip in the oil and milk. Then mix in the dry ingredients. Cut the pears into thin slices and stir them into the dough. Line a round mold with baking paper. Pour the prepared dough into the mold. I laid a few slices on top of the dough and sprinkled with cinnamon. Bake at a temperature of 175 degrees for 40 minutes.
