Oven Baked Fries
Golden and crispy oven fries are a great alternative to traditionally fried chips. They are less caloric, but equally tasty. They will work well as an addition to lunch or as a standalone snack.
Ingredients
- 6 Piece Potatoes
- 2 spoons vegetable oil
- 1 pinch Salts

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks about 1 cm thick.
Arrange the fries on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle the fries with oil, sprinkle with salt.
Bake for about 40 minutes, until the fries are golden and crispy.
Serve it hot.
