- 165 g self-rising flour
- 20 g ground ginger
- 65 g minced garlic
- 150 ml Sake or Soju
Prepared tempura flour
- 50 g self-rising flour
- 75 g corn starch
- 1⁄3 tablespoon salt

Cut the whole chicken into 20 to 25 pieces.
