Original Korean fried chicken recipe
Korean fried chicken is tastier for several reasons: it is fried twice, it is very crispy on the outside but soft and succulent on the inside, it is seasoned for a few hours with some Asian spices and sauces, batter is special and the sauce is unique.

- 25 Pieces of chicken
- 25 g Salt. g ground pepper. ml olive oil
- 165 g self-rising flour
- 20 g ground ginger
- 65 g minced garlic
- 150 ml Sake or Soju
Prepared tempura flour
- 50 g self-rising flour
- 75 g corn starch
- 1⁄3 tablespoon salt
- ground pepper
Bburinkle powder
- 2 tablespoon cheddar
- 1 tablespoon seasoning cream with onions
- dried parsley
Bburinkle Sauce
- 4 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 sugar
- white vinegar
- dried parsley

1. Step
Cut the whole chicken into 20 to 25 pieces.
2. Step
In a bowl add salt, sugar, ground pepper, olive oil, ground ginger, ground garlic and sake. Mix together.

Add chicken and mix.

Add flour and mix.

Leave to stand for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
