Oat pancakes with banana
Oat pancakes with banana are a simple and quick dish for breakfast or a snack. They are healthy, tasty, and filling. Without added sugar, they are perfect for children.

- 2 Piece bananas
- 1 glass oat flakes
- 2 glasses milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon

1. Step
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork into a puree. Pour warm milk over the oat flakes and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Step
After 10 minutes, add crushed bananas and cinnamon to the saturated flakes. Mix everything well.
3. Step
Heat oil in a pan. Use a spoon to put portions of the batter into the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden.
4. Step
Serve warm with your favorite toppings, e.g. yogurt, fruits, or honey. Enjoy!
