- 1 pack chocolate chip cookies
- 100 g butter
- 1 Block chocolate
- 1⁄2 Cup heavy cream
- 1 can Plums in Syrup

1. Step
Place the cookies in a food processor, add melted butter and blend until obtaining crumbs. Then, press them into a base tart pan and place them in the fridge to harden for at least 20 minutes.

Remove the plum's pips and drain the liquid excess. Then, place them on the base tart.

Heat the chocolate and cream over low heat, stirring often. When the chocolate is nearly melted, remove it from the heat, and whisk until smooth.

Spread 2/3 of the plums onto the base and cover with the chocolate. Top with remaining plums and return to the fridge until set.
