- 5 kumquats
- 4 sugar cubes
- 4 ounce cachaca
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed Lime juice
- 1 Cup ice cream

1. Step
Combine the kumquats and sugar cubes in a cocktail shaker and muddle until the kumquats are broken up and the sugar is beginning to dissolve.
2. Step
Add the cachaça, lime juice, and ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 0 seconds. Pour everything into an Old Fashioned glass and serve.
