Over the years, I have modified the way I prepare turkey and finally, I have come up with this recipe, which has given me excellent results. First of all, preheat the oven to 180 ºC. One thing I have learned is that it is best to do this ahead of time so that the oven is at the ideal temperature when you put the turkey in.
