- 250 g boneless chicken breast
- 2 packets udon noodles
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 cubes Japanese curry block
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon chicken powder
- 4 cups warm water
- 2 spring onions

1. Step
Saute sliced onion in oil for 1-2 minutes. Add cut-up chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add mirin and chopped carrots. Stir in the curry blocks and water. Season with soy sauce and chicken powder. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Cook the noodles. Put them in the bottom of a bowl, add the soup, and garnish with spring onions. Enjoy!
