How to soak and use Flat Pho Rice Noodles?

Soak the noodles in lukewarm water for approximately 15 minutes and drain them thoroughly.

In a large saucepan, fill about 3/4 of it with water and bring it to a vigorous boil.

Place the soaked noodles inside using a large mesh strainer and carefully submerge them into the boiling water for 3 to 5 seconds. While doing so, stir gently with chopsticks or a fork to prevent them from sticking together.
