- 2 cloves garlic
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g spinach
- 120 ml cooking cream
- 30 g of cured cheese
- fresh basil
- salt
- ground black pepper

Put a splash of oil in a frying pan and heat it over high heat.

Then, add the seasoned salmon fillets and cook them for 1 minute on each side. Set aside.

Lower the heat and add the minced garlic cloves. Cook for a minute. When the garlic is golden, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half. Stir and cook for another minute.
