Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast fillet
- 4 tablespoon maize starch
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 125 ml soy sauce
- 150 ml water
- 4 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 stems scallion
- 1⁄2 spoon ground black pepper

Directions
Cut the chicken into small thin pieces and roll well in 3 tbsp of corn starch.

Heat a frying pan with the vegetable oil and fry the chicken over high heat for 4 minutes. Take the fried chicken out into a bowl.

Add the chopped garlic and ginger into the same pan and fry stirring for 30 seconds over low heat.

Add the soy sauce, water, brown sugar and ground black pepper and bring to a boil.

In a bowl combine 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of water, pour into the pan and simmer, stirring, the sauce until thick.
