Ingredients
Broth and seafood
- 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic
- sprigs parsley
- 1 teaspoon Peppercorns
- salt
- 2 lb clams
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 lb sepia
- 1 lb Cooked Octopus
Salad
- 2 Stems celery
- 4 tablespoon parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- lemon juice
- salt

Directions
Fill a large pot with water and add the lemon, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt and peppercorns. Bring to a light boil for a few minutes.

Add the shrimp and poach for a few minutes until cooked, followed by the calamari and octopus. Set aside to cool slightly.

Add about a cup of water to another bowl and add the mussels. Cover and cook over medium heat until the mussels open, drain and set aside.

Place the chopped celery, parsley and garlic in the bottom of a bowl, then start chopping the poached seafood and place them on top of the celery mixture.
