- 11⁄2 kg tied Ham
- 2 red onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 10 Peppercorns
- 3 bay leaf

1. Step
Soak the ham in cold water for a few hours or overnight.

Cook in cold water with the onion, garlic, bay leaf and peppercorns. Cook on medium heat for 1,5 hours from boiling. When ready, turn off the flame and let it cool in the cooking water.
