Ingredients
Base
- 140 g plain flour
- 50 g semolina sugar
- 113 g unsalted butter
- pinch of salt
Passion fruit topping
- 160 ml passion fruit pulp
- 200 g semolina sugar
- 18 g plain flour
- 3 egg
- 3 yolk
- 56 g unsalted butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

Directions
Place the flour, sugar and salt into a large bowl and stir to combine.

Pour in the melted butter and mix until everything turns into a smooth paste.

Place that paste into the lined cake tin and carefully press it over the base to cover it evenly. Then, bake it in preheated oven to 180 °C for 24 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
